These Terms of Service govern purchases made from Elite Guild Studios through SellAuth. By accessing our store or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Elite Guild Studios provides digital products and services, including Discord server development, graphics, branding, custom designs, bot features, configurations, and related digital work.
Each product listing explains what is included with the purchase. Anything not specifically listed or agreed upon is not included and may require an additional payment.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and project information when placing an order.
Full payment is required before digital products are delivered, bot features are activated, or custom work begins.
Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, policy violations, or abuse may be canceled, withheld, or reported to the applicable payment provider.
All purchases are also subject to our separate Refund Policy.
Premade digital products may be delivered automatically after successful payment. Custom products and services will be delivered within the estimated timeframe provided in the product listing or communicated to the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project size, complexity, requested changes, customer response time, or circumstances outside our control.
Elite Guild Studios is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information from the customer.
Customers must provide clear and accurate instructions before work begins. Elite Guild Studios is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, unclear, or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Requests that significantly change the original scope, style, or requirements of an order may require an additional payment.
The number of included revisions will be stated in the product listing or agreed upon before work begins.
Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee. Approval of a preview or final product confirms that the customer accepts the work in its current form.
Bot access, features, subscriptions, rebrands, and licenses may only be used according to the applicable product listing and these Terms.
Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, sublicense, share, or claim ownership of bot code or features unless they have received written authorization or purchased an approved reseller or rebrand license.
Elite Guild Studios may suspend or terminate access if a bot or feature is misused, shared without authorization, involved in fraudulent activity, or used in violation of Discord’s policies.
Unless otherwise stated, Elite Guild Studios retains ownership of its original code, systems, templates, concepts, tools, and reusable design elements.
Customers receive only the usage rights described in the applicable product listing. Source files, editable project files, bot source code, commercial resale rights, and redistribution rights are not included unless expressly stated.
Purchased materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or presented as the customer’s original work without written authorization.
Customers confirm that they have permission to use any logos, images, text, trademarks, or other materials submitted for a project.
Elite Guild Studios is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, or ownership disputes involving materials supplied by the customer.
Products and services purchased from Elite Guild Studios may not be used for:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
Some products and services depend on third-party platforms, including Discord, SellAuth, payment processors, and hosting providers.
Elite Guild Studios is not affiliated with these platforms and is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy changes, service interruptions, or other actions taken by third-party providers.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility with third-party platforms. Products and services may require updates, maintenance, or modifications due to platform changes.
Elite Guild Studios does not guarantee specific financial, membership, engagement, or business results from any product or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Guild Studios will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products and services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service connected to the claim.
Elite Guild Studios reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service for fraud, harassment, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.
The collection and handling of personal information are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
Elite Guild Studios may update these Terms when necessary. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
